At happysitter, we prioritize animals above all else. As a community of animal enthusiasts, we aim to connect home-owners and their pets with their ideal house-sitters, for the purposes of making our pets happier in their homes while their owner is away. By creating a trusted and reliable community, we ensure that when home-owners leave their pets, they are in the comfort of their home, never short of abundant love and care.

We believe that our house-sitting service is the best choice for pets, home-owners, and house-sitters. We want to provide our pets with the best care, while being a stress-free option for everyone involved. Ultimately, we hope to make Japan a nation that is loved by pets.
About Us
Our Co-founders are animal enthusiasts who first encountered house-sitting while overseas. They fell in love with the house-sitting community and lifestyle, and had the dream of nurturing a trusted house-sitting community to Japan. In 2023, “ハッピーシッター” (“happysitter”) was created; a house-sitting platform connecting home-owners and house-sitters together with the goal of building a pet-loving community we all could rely on.
